Donte’s Project

Donte’s investment property was totally revamped and received major rehabilitation throughout the entire space. The 1920’s home initially had green walls, green baseboards and minimal lighting. We transformed this house while keeping the layout. A wall was added to create an additional bedroom space. The walls were painted in pure white from Sherwin Williams, the baseboards and interior doors were painted black. The basement was extremely dark with wood paneling walls, little to no lighting. We painted the basement panel boards French gray by Sherwin Williams and gauntlet gray for the bar area to create some contrast. Since this was an old home with old materials used from the 20’s, our experienced technicians were strategic with blending new materials to the old materials while still respecting the authenticity of this historic home. This home is now the star of the neighborhood.
